Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students across the greater Seattle area for the full school year, with both full-time and part-time options.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians to develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans, conduct evaluations, and help students participate in classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Washington State OT license.
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required.
• Experience in school-based OT settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs.
• Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams.
• Document all services and progress in accordance with district and state guidelines.
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ educational goals.
