Soliant is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to support students from preschool through 12th grade near Federal Way, WA. The role runs the 2026-2027 academic year with typical 37.5 hours/week and possible up to 40 hours; daily start around 8:00 AM with school-based scheduling.

You will deliver up to 950 direct service minutes weekly via individual and group interventions across settings; compensation ranges from $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT licensure in Washington State.
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to organize a flexible schedule and manage multiple caseloads.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in supporting students’ functional participation in school activities.

Responsibilities
