• Knowledge of HIPAA, Public Records, Sunshine Law, FERPA and privacy laws.
• Relevant work experience or education may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude toward all students and staff.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of various foods per standardized recipes and menus.
• Set up serving lines and serve meals and beverages.
• Store food and supplies; assist with inventories.
• Accept and count money and maintain cash accountability.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes; clean counters and floors; dispose of wastes properly.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; keep work area clean and orderly.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules at all times when handling food and equipment.
• Assist new staff or volunteers in assignments as needed.
• Comply with all program requirements and trainings.
