Responsibilities

• Learns and follows USDA regulations governing programs.
• Communicates effectively with staff, students, and community members.
• Orders weekly supplies based on available resources.
• Forecasts production needs as requested by the School Nutrition Manager.
• Reads and follows standardized recipes.
• Checks quality and accuracy of weekly deliveries and invoices.
• Acts as manager in absence of the SNS Manager.
