Job summary

Mandan Public School District is seeking a Nutrition Services Supervisor for the 2026/2027 school year. This position works 33.75 hours per week and follows the school calendar. Full benefit package is included for employees working 30 or more hours/week.

Reports to the Nutrition Services Director. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of institutional food service experience, preferably in a public school. Salary ranges from $21.46 to $24.26 per hour; non-exempt.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; AND three years of institutional food service experience, preferably in a public school.
• Knowledge of MPS policies and procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees district satellite or prep kitchens.
• Manages food storage, production records, and staff training.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and district quality standards.
• Oversees ordering, inventory, and meal distribution while maintaining safety.
