Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, understand and follow multi-step written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must possess a valid Oregon Food Handler's Card.

Aufgaben

• Prepares and serves cafeteria meals, including hot and cold entrees, fruits, vegetables, snacks and other foods, assuring proper quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Readies food facilities for service, including preparing serving areas and setting out food, beverages and other mealtime items.
• Performs basic food preparation tasks, including washing and chopping fruits and vegetables, checking food temperatures, placing dishes in oven and setting out snacks.
• Follows written menus, recipes, production records and production standards.
• Operates various types of kitchen equipment, including point of sale cash registers/software, oven, food warmer, dish washer, and steam table.
