Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate.
• Maintains SNA Level 1 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce 201 or greater meal equivalents per day.
• Supervise 1-4 kitchen staff and leads, workers, and substitutes.
• Maintain accurate inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Train staff and coordinate health and safety practices per policies.
• Complete daily reports and ensure timely reporting.
