Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate; SNA Level 1 Certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food and supply orders and deliveries.
• Provide comprehensive training of all food service staff.
• Supervise food services activities at assigned sites and assist with food preparation.
• Maintain inventory and ensure USDA/LCPS guidelines are followed.
• Prepare and submit written reports and financial records.
