Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all food production activities to maintain a fiscally sound program.
• Ensure USDA and GCPS recipe standards are followed.
• Lead SNP staff and provide team-building guidance.
• Coordinate menu cycles, food ordering, and recipe compliance.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and serving of food per HACCP standards.
• Train and develop new staff for SNP management roles.
