Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of increasingly responsible experience in food service.
• Ability to follow HACCP guidelines and food safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and service of meals for the assigned school site.
• Ensure quality food products and safe serving according to HACCP.
• Maintain accurate records per USDA, Florida Dept. of Agriculture, HCPS Health dept., and district policies.
• Assist in the absence of the SNs Manager.
