Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Student Nutrition Production Coordinator to help coordinate the preparation and service of meals at a school site. You will apply batch cooking, standard recipes, and proper equipment operation to ensure quality and safety in daily meal service.

The role requires at least two years in food service, completion of the Production Coordinator Training Program, and strict adherence to HACCP and USDA/Florida health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years of increasingly responsible experience in food service.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
• Familiarity with USDA/Florida health regulations and school nutrition requirements.

Responsibilities

• Uses and demonstrates skills in quality food preparation, batch cooking, and proper equipment operation.
• Works with Nutrition Services assistants to ensure quality meals are served.
• Inspects and tastes foods, ensures lines are stocked and presented attractively.
• Monitors food temperatures and ensures compliance with HACCP guidelines.
• Ensures records are complete and up to date; handles program duties in the SNs Manager's absence.
