Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in the food service industry with an understanding of nutrition, sanitation, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various food preparations according to menu quantities, standardized recipes, and methods in a timely manner.
• Oversee the serving line setup and stocking area with food items, utensils, plates, bowls, napkins, condiments, etc.
• Ensure items in the serving line are replenished during breakfast and lunch periods.
• Run terminal during lunch periods and ensure serving line is torn down and items are stored properly.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling in compliance with regulations and ensure proper portions are distributed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment; keep laundry items clean and available for use during lunch periods.
