Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale system with accuracy and reconcile monies daily.
• Participate in training including PGI Classes.
• May lead training for other kitchen staff members.
• Serve meals daily while complying with school food regulations and sanitation standards.
• Pursue upcoming regulatory changes and provide sustainable solutions.
• Create positive relationships with the surrounding community.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning serving areas for timely service.
• Assist in preparation, service and sale of meals with compliance to regulations.
• Follow menu and recipe instructions; perform other duties as assigned.
