Whitsons Culinary Group in Contoocook Admin, NH, is seeking a Food Service General Manager to lead a school nutrition program with purpose. You’ll guide a team, manage daily operations, budgets, and compliance with federal guidelines to fuel student learning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or a combination with relevant certificates.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable.
• Minimum 5 years in food service management; at least 3 years in K–12 programs.
• Culinary background and passion for school nutrition.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the food service team to deliver nutritious meals for students and staff.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, compliance, and food safety.
• Partner with school staff to support student health and learning.
• Ensure NSLP, SBP and other guidelines compliance.
• Manage budgets, staffing, vendor relations, and performance goals.
• Foster an inclusive, student-centered kitchen culture.
