The position is full-time for 10 months with a 30-hour work week. The candidate will follow recipes, manage inventory, and uphold HACCP standards in a fast-paced school kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read and follow written recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work in a busy school kitchen with standing, heat and noise.

Responsabilités

• Read and follow recipes; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Calculate time to complete tasks and serve meals on schedule.
• Portion food and serve on serving line.
• Receive inventory and store properly (freezer, cooler, stock room).
• Notify manager of equipment repairs needed.
• Record material and supply needs.
• Follow HACCP plan for food safety and sanitation.
