Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel between school sites to lead kitchen operations.
• Oversee food production, service quality and safety standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on recipes and sanitation.

• Monitor labor, schedule to meet coverage and cost goals.
• Enforce ServSafe, HACCP and child nutrition program regulations.
• Submit reports and support administrative tasks.
