Qualifications

• Is honest and dependable and discreet re school children and staff.
• Must have manual dexterity to handle knives and equipment.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for required travel.

Responsibilities

• Comply with district, department and federal policies and health standards.
• Follow attendance rules and notification procedures.
• Practice good personal hygiene and time management.
• Assist in preparing food in large quantities using standardized recipes.
• Read and follow standardized recipes and check temperatures and quality.
• Operate food service equipment including ovens, griddles, steamers and other gear.
• Perform mathematical calculations for inventory and orders.
• Assist in food orders, production records and inventory.Month-end inventory and paperwork.
