Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and production menus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of meals and Ala Carte items; perform cleaning, cashiering and dish room duties as assigned.
• Gather supplies from storeroom, freezer, or refrigerator and deliver to designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; clean equipment, utensils, and serving/dining areas.
• Follow sanitary food handling procedures and district/ state/federal guidelines.
