Elizabeth Baldwin Elementary School in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a certified School Nurse Teacher to oversee student health services under the PSD Medical Director and School Principal. You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate health programs and assist medically fragile students to stay in school and participate in activities.

Collaboration with families, teachers, and IEP/504 teams is essential to promote safe learning and address health needs in a diverse student population.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• RI Certified School Nurse Teacher Certificate for Pre-K through Grade 12.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate student health services under the PSD Medical Director and School Principal.
• Assist medically fragile students to safely integrate into the school environment.
• Lead and manage school health offices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
