Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history relevant to presenting complaint.
• Perform appropriate physical examination relevant to presenting issue.
• Analyze history and physical data to determine acuity and interventions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to update health problem list.
• Provide medication administration and medically indicated treatments.
• Maintain student health records per state regulations and use EHR.
• Promote a healthy school environment including infection control.
• Participate in health screenings and referrals as needed.
• Supervise health office staff and coordinate with families and providers.
