Advocate Health in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse to staff a school health program. The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, schedule 7:00 am–3:00 pm, about 190 school days per year, onsite.

The position requires current RN licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited School of Registered Professional Nurses, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State the teammate practices.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nurses.

Responsabilités

• Administers OTC and prescription medications.
• Provide basic first aid.
• CPR training for staff.
• Manage healthcare needs such as Asthma, Diabetes and Epilepsy as examples.
• Develop and maintain relations with parents and stakeholders in the schools.
• Document in Power School and keep medical information up to date.
• Reviews and updates immunization and health records at the school.
