Step into a pivotal role supporting student wellness in Jacksonville, FL as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity offers flexible part-time, PRN (as needed/per-diem) roles with the potential for full-time assignments as district needs evolve. LPNs will primarily be assigned to a single school across elementary, middle, or high school campuses, ensuring continuity for the students they support in the health room each day.

You will play a vital part in attending to a range of student health needs, providing care, medication administration, and responding to health-related issues as they arise. Prior to your start, comprehensive orientation and training are provided at the district office, setting you up for success.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• School-based experience is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work either PRN or transition to full-time as opportunities arise
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and credentialing as per district requirements
