Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergency care to students, including administering medication, treating minor injuries, and monitoring chronic health conditions.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with privacy and school guidelines.
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics, including hygiene and disease prevention.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and district healthcare partners regarding student health plans and needs.
• Assist with health screenings, immunization compliance, and individualized healthcare plans (IHPs).
• Support students with special needs as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
