Job summary

West Lafayette Community School Corporation seeks a Part-time School Nurse (Student Support Services) at West Lafayette Junior-Senior High School. The position is hourly, non-exempt, non-supervisory, and offers voluntary benefits. Expect 7.5 hours per day, 3 days per week across 108 days. Compensation starts at $30 per hour.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining medical records, and coordinating healthcare plans for students and staff. Indiana RN license is required.

Qualifications

  • Current Indiana Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Displays excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Experience working in a school environment preferred.
  • Nursing experience preferred.

  • Develops and maintains healthcare plans, emergency care plans, and necessary protocols to ensure student safety.

PAY TYPE: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Classified, Non-Supervisory
PAY RATE: Starting at $30 / hr.

SCHEDULE: 108 days; Part-time; 7.5 hrs. / day; 3 days / week
