Part-time nurses provide essential health services to students while supporting the school's Head Nurse in maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment.

The Part-Time School Nurse assists the Head Nurse in providing comprehensive health services to students and staff. The nurse provides nursing care, health assessments, medication administration, emergency response, and support for students with acute and chronic health needs.
The Part-Time School Nurse follows established Individualized Health Care Plans (IHCPs), Emergency Care Plans, physician orders, and Lafayette School Corporation health procedures to ensure continuity of care and student safety while supporting the daily operations of the school's health office.
