Tucson Unified School District is hiring a part-time Campus Monitor at Wheeler Elementary School. Assist site staff in monitoring student behavior across hallways, classrooms, cafeterias, and outdoor areas during daily activities.

The role requires English proficiency and experience with youth; the schedule is 6 hours per day, 9-month calendar, with a .75 FTE. The district emphasizes nondiscrimination and community safety.

SUMMARY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Speak, read and write in English
• Experience working with youth

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Department of School Safety Campus Monitor Training

COMMENTS

Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Wheeler Elementary School-22nd St & Wilmot Area - 1 position available
FTE: .75 -6 hours per day
Work Calendar:9 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
