Job summary

Daniel Memorial Inc. is seeking a Full Service School Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure, with 3+ years in youth-focused settings. You will supervise therapists, coordinate with school and community partners, and ensure compliant clinical documentation.

The position is full-time, exempt, with responsibilities across administration and direct clinical supervision to support student services in the Full Service Schools program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work or related field from an accredited university with 3+ years working with youth in therapeutic or academic settings.
• LCSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to therapists within Full Service Schools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and DCPS social workers.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in client files (Outcomes Measures, CFARS, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes, etc.).
• Monitor staff productivity and assist in discharge planning as needed.
• Conduct Brief Assessments and participate in peer reviews to support clinical growth.
• Coordinate team consultations on client mental health and behavioral issues.
