Job summary

Effective School Solutions in Florida is seeking a Lead Clinician/Social Worker to deliver school-based mental health services for 6,000+ students. You will lead clinical interventions, coordinate with school staff, and ensure compliant documentation for ongoing student support.

This role requires a full clinical license and 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents. The position offers a school-day schedule, supervision, CEUs, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leads weekly consultation sessions focused on student goals and documentation compliance.
• Delivers clinical interventions aligned with student and family needs in a safe, ethical manner.
• Demonstrates competency in Group Therapy, Individual Counseling, and Family Counseling.
• Provides family programming with monthly evening Parent Support groups.
• Collaborates with supervisors to refer students to appropriate levels of care when needed.
• Fosters collaboration within the interdisciplinary team and with school staff.
• Maintains professional licensure and adheres to ethical standards.
