Delta-T Group, Inc. is seeking a Counselor for a temporary role in Bethlehem, PA.

The position involves directing clinical activities for a Mental Health Worker, facilitating individual and group counseling, and providing on-site crisis intervention within a school setting. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related mental health discipline, 1–2 years of case management experience, and the ability to pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a recognized related Mental Health Clinical Discipline required.
• 1-2 year case manager experience.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Comfortable working in school setting.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass FBI, state and child background checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical activities implemented by the Mental Health Worker and review lesson plans for group topics.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
• Provide individual sessions to students facing challenges in school settings.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed using trained techniques.
• Work with families regularly as required.
• Maintain a safe, non-threatening environment and keep records per guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as requested.
