Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field; mental health license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with agency mission and trauma-informed Sanctuary Model® principles.
• Collaborate with classroom team to integrate education and mental health services.
• Coordinate with parents and professionals to implement the program and achieve outcomes.
• Plan and deliver mental health services using approved social-emotional curricula.
• Document Mental Health Day Treatment services per agency guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and review each client's Individual Service Plan.
• Use positive behavioral supports to design learning environments.
• Understand group dynamics and individual learning and treatment needs.
• Implement Therapeutic Crisis Intervention with fidelity to support treatment.
• Complete duties competently within specified time frames.
