Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-approved High School Equivalency (HSE).

• Ability to supervise students and handle emergencies.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, serve, and store food following HACCP and health requirements.
• Follow daily production schedules and prepare recipes as written.
• Clean utensils and equipment and manage waste and floors.
• Utilize leftovers as directed and store food properly.
• Maintain equipment and follow chemical-use instructions.
• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development and confidentiality of student information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
