Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines and check temperatures for safety.
• Serve students and staff, run the register, handle money and manage meal accounts.
• Prepare salad items and other hot/cold menu items while maintaining clean workstations.
• Clean kitchen and serving areas, wash dishes, and sanitize surfaces.
• Prepare for next day by pulling items from storage and restocking as needed.
• Print daily reports and deposits and balance receipts.
