Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food preparation experience in a school kitchen, commercial kitchen, or restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and health guidelines.
• Serve children and staff during serving times, handle cash, scan lunch cards, and maintain meal accounts.
• Prepare salad items per guidelines and monitor temperatures.
• Clean kitchen and serving areas and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Prepare for next day by stocking items and filling vending machines.
• Produce daily reports and deposits, balance receipts, and save transactions.
