Qualifications

• Flexible & team-oriented work style with ability to collaborate in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience delivering friendly customer service in food service or retail.
• Willingness to learn USDA National School Lunch Program requirements.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
• Punctual and able to adhere to time and attendance policies.
• Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Interest in Genuine Foods’ mission to nourish students’ minds and bodies.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to students and staff in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Assist with food preparation per recipe standards and USDA guidelines.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure all meals are ready on time.
• Keep kitchen and serving areas clean and sanitized.
• Stock and organize kitchen areas to streamline service.
• Report issues to Site Lead or Manager on duty.
