Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Cook classification.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Transport/deliver additional meals to a nearby location.
• Assist in the preparation of all meals.
• Serve meals to students and staff.
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen, dishes, equipment and dining area.
• Follow the prepared work schedule and head cook's directions.
• Assist in completing reports, inventories and orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal and/or assistant principal.
• Implement all health and sanitation regulations.
