Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an LPN Transportation Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing support for a student in a school-based setting near Southbridge, MA. This contract role focuses on safety and comfort during bus transport, with a 25-hour-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts LPN license, has pediatric or school nursing experience, and can work independently while collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, compassionate

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential nursing support as an LPN Transportation Nurse for a single student in a school-based environment near Southbridge, MA. This contract position is a wonderful opportunity for a licensed practical nurse who enjoys working one-on‑one and values continuity of care. With a structured Monday through Friday schedule and 25 hours per week, youll blend clinical skills with a focus on student safety and comfort while escorting and monitoring a student during school transportation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts required
• Prior experience in a school setting or with student populations preferred
• Background in pediatric care, special needs, or transportation nursing is a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for supporting students well-being in an educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student during bus transport to and from school
• Monitor and respond to any health concerns, administering care as per the students medical plan
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical interventions and incidents as needed
• Coordinate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
