Job summary

Soliant is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting near East Weymouth and Hingham, MA for the full academic year and summer term.

These contract roles offer a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision. You will monitor health plans, administer medications, and coordinate with school staff to support students' safety and learning goals.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in school/pediatric healthcare setting highly desirable.
• Ability and willingness to ride the van with students as part of the daily role.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Flexibility to work through the full 26/27 school year and summer 2027.
• Commitment to 5 days per week attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care, ensuring student safety and well-being during school hours and while riding the van.
• Monitor and document each student’s health needs and interventions according to care plans.
• Administer medications, manage chronic health conditions, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support the student’s educational goals and health management.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with school and state health protocols.
