Responsibilities

• Ensure library resources advance the school's educational program.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers in curriculum design.
• Develop, acquire, and maintain curriculum-aligned resources.
• Maintain a dynamic, well-stocked library for reading and study.
• Select and provide print, digital, and multimedia resources.
• Maintain a circulation system for prompt returns.
• Provide bibliographic and reference services for teachers and students.
• Instruct students in using library resources.
• Train and supervise library volunteers.
• Network with local literacy/library specialists and promote the school.
• Communicate effectively with all school stakeholders.
• Support the school and its mission.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Education
