Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the principal’s school leadership team.
• Lead to create a positive school culture.
• Participate in systemic change and transformations for school improvement.
• Engage in leadership development opportunities.
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders about school leadership meetings and goals.
• Lead and support CLTs: plan meetings, track CLT work, organize data.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and events outside the regular contract day.
• Report progress of the team and contribute to the school scorecard.
• Assist in school-based initiatives (RTI, CLTs, Scorecard, PBIS).
• Attend 1.5 days of on-site training in August.
