Job summary

Our Lady of Loreto Catholic School in Foxfield, CO is seeking a part-time Kitchen Coordinator to oversee safe lunchroom operations and food safety. The role reports to the principal and focuses on sanitation, temperature monitoring, and student supervision during lunch.

The position requires Catholic affiliation, high school diploma, First Aid/CPR certification, and Safe Environment compliance. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–1:00 PM, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• First Aid and CPR training or certification required.
• Safe Environment compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, sanitary operation of the school kitchen and lunchroom.
• Ensure food, equipment, and sanitation meet health and safety standards.
• Supervise students during lunch and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain temperature logs and record temperatures.
• Record refrigerator temperatures and report concerns.
• Record dishwasher temperatures for proper sanitation.
• Maintain organized food safety and temperature logs.
• Address student concerns and notify staff when needed.
• Help maintain an orderly, welcoming lunchroom.
