Food Bank for Larimer County in Loveland, CO is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to lead meal production, volunteer workflow, and food safety in our Nutritious Kitchen. You will ensure meals for SFSP, CACFP, VOA Senior Nutrition, catering, and other programs are prepared safely, on time, and in compliance with requirements.

This hands-on role blends production leadership with system‑level documentation, labeling, inventory practices, and SOP maintenance to support audit-ready operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• At least 1 year in food service/kitchen operations required.
• Experience leading teams in kitchen or volunteer settings preferred.
• Experience with HACCP, inventory control or compliance systems preferred.
• Experience with CACFP/SFSP/VOA or similar programs preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and digital tracking systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily meal production across programs from prep to packaging.
• Manage volunteer tasks and adjust workflow to output.
• Ensure proper food safety and maintain production records.
• Organize labeling, inventory, and program-specific storage.
• Support compliance documentation and audit readiness.
• Supervise volunteers and provide safety guidance during shifts.
