Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake, set up and serve a variety of food items in quantity at an assigned school site.
• Assist with daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Report inferior quality of food and faulty equipment to the appropriate authority.
• Record all food requisitions from the storeroom.
• Operate commercial equipment needed in the cooking process.
• Perform cashiering duties in the sale of food items to students and staff.
