Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake, set up and serve food items in quantity at a school site.
• Follow standardized recipes and kitchen procedures for quality, safety and sanitation.
• Assist with daily cleaning of kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register and record sales to students and staff.
• Ensure students select compliant reimbursable meals and provide customer service.
