Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of various foods for cooking and serving.
Follow daily production schedules and prepare recipes as written.
Use portion control to evenly portion all foods.
Adhere to state/local health codes and safety regulations in food service.
Wash dishes and keep kitchen and dining areas clean; sweep floors.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and storage of foods and supplies.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and the community; support team goals.
Attend required trainings including ONE course within first year and annual in-service sessions.
