Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of various foods for cooking and serving.
• Follow daily production schedules and recipes as written.
• Use portion control to portion all foods.
• Implement state/local health codes related to food service.
• Follow safety regulations and clean dishes and kitchen areas.
• Serve on the serving line and manage cashiering procedures.
• Maintain professional dress and cleanliness for the school nutrition program.
• Report faulty equipment and assist with receiving and storage of foods.
