Chartwells K-12 is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor for the Westfield, NJ area. The role requires prior supervisory experience and offers a 7:00 am–2:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, in the Westfield School District.

The position emphasizes setting up and maintaining food production quality, directing kitchen staff, and ensuring safe storage and handling of ingredients. Eligible candidates will join a dynamic dining program in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food production and quality control in the kitchen.
• Assigns duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and portion control of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including food and non-food spaces.
• Report equipment repairs to supervisor or facilities team.
• Oversee team in absence of Sous Chef; train and schedule staff.
