Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and timelines.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portions and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness; stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists with production planning, records, and ordering of food and supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies; reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
