Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Manager to direct day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring Opaa! standards and health regulations are met while maintaining quality.

You will supervise staff, coordinate production and meal transport to satellite buildings, manage inventory, and ensure accurate records and FIFO practices.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, Serve Safe certification, and a commitment to safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Relevant Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operation of the kitchen to meet Opaa! standards and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Supervise kitchen staff, delegate workflow, and train all stations.
• Coordinate preparation and daily transportation of meals to satellite buildings where applicable.
• Maintain production records, FIFO inventory, and receive goods with proper vendor documentation.
• Attend weekly Kitchen Manager meetings and communicate with the DNS.
