Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional cooking experience.
• At least 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of good food safety practices.
• Strong cooking ability with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DREAM's National School Lunch Program.
• Create and implement food service standards and protocols.
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff.
• Coordinate food service with schools.
