Responsibilities include supervising daily kitchen operations, scheduling staff, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring USDA/state nutrition guidelines and health codes are met. Eligible for medical and dental benefits or an opt-out incentive.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, kitchen management, or a related role; school cafeteria experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal prep, service, and cleanup.
• Oversee and schedule kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with USDA/state nutrition guidelines and health/safety codes.
• Maintain accurate records for meal counts and reimbursable meal programs.
